By accessing or using Sextaris ("the Service"), operated at sextaris.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Sextaris is a keyword research tool that allows users to check Google keyword search volume data across multiple countries simultaneously. Keywords are automatically translated into local languages, and search volume data is provided for both the original and translated versions. The Service operates on a credit-based system.
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
The Service uses a credit-based pricing model. Each keyword check consumes 1 credit per 10 locations selected (rounded up). For example, checking a keyword across 15 countries costs 2 credits.
Free accounts receive 3 credits upon registration. Paid subscription plans include monthly credit allocations:
Additional credit packs may be purchased at any time: 10 credits for $10, 25 credits for $22, or 50 credits for $40. Credits from packs do not expire. Subscription credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.
All payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service or unused credits.

Search volume data is sourced from third-party providers and is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any data provided through the Service. You acknowledge that keyword data may vary and should be used as a directional guide, not an absolute measure.
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-provided data), is the property of Sextaris and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. The results generated by the Service may be used for your personal or business purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sextaris and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
